Sharing our online fishequip buying n selling experiences
Perhaps we can share our experiences here...the good, bad, the ugly...but should refrain from personal attacks.More useful would be to share the safe ways to ensure we have good dealings with each other. And how to avoid bad deals n scams.
I will start:
I will only buy fish after viewing it in its current comm tank. No meeting at void decks or MRT stations. Imagine buying a ST by meeting to collect at MRT station and the fish in opaque plastic bag.

my only advice is, sell your fish must take full cash. cos fish pack and go already, the buyer can dont pay you and you be on the losing end.
never ever easily trust strangers. some people come into forums is just to bluff others money, be wary on anyone.

but when they sell aros in forums, their price not cheap, so i think when they use their money to buy fishes, their $$ is $$, then when buy fishes from ppl, the ppl $$ is not $$.
example, ppl selling rtg $200, this bunch of buyer will offer $120-$150, when seller sell xb 650, they will offer $400 or below...
but when they themselves sell rtg, $220-$250, die die also must sell at $200.
ownself sell xb sure 1k plus, die die also want to sell 1k at least,,etc etc//
no need me to list yr names here, guess u r also reading wat i wrote, so ask yrself, only yr $$ is hard earn $$, other ppl $$ drop from sky?
so this is the ugly ones in buy/sell forums

knn, too hard to believe to have a beggar come to view my tank......and to make things worst, he even request for free delivery to his place.
at that time i was thinking, i rather donate to temple or any nursing home for free also not to him, low scumbag!

that time also got a young guy live opp my block, come see tank, bring his sister also, talk this talk tat, ask me deliver to his house, then ask me can cheaper or not, if not free is better, end up i throw the tank downstairs, yet he can still ask me where i throw n ask me follow him go pick it up and send to his house since i dun want already...wah lao...then i ignore him,,,guess wat,,kept on sms n calling me, ask me faster go down n make sure the tank no ppl take n wait for him to come, last straw, i F him up good good one...i just dunno wat the F this type of ppl is thinking..bey ta han.

i still looking for such kangtao, best is 6x2.5x2.5ft tank, with cab n sump,best is with lightset, plus piping n pumps, got free medias will be nice..free n free delivery to my house..LOL
dunno got such kinded hearted soul or not...LOL

Quoted him a price then all nonsense like no transport, pay not in yet, got injuries so cannot carry and asking me to send him and he pay me $5 for the petrol, ended up when i throw away he also asking where i throw.
But I did tell him where I throw but i just make sure no silicon can repair before I throw (Tape up and whack with a hammer in the centre of the base and corner). So if he can repair its his skill.
>bro castrol and bro cedric, since you guys had came across people asking tanks for free, let me talk a bit more on...those people usually think that since we dont want liao, want to dispose also need to pay the helpers some kopi $, so they pretend they are the good man, the saviour, help us save trouble and money.....knn, really think we just born yesterday.
and when i asked him "then why delivery also free"???.....he told me he solved my problem of clearing the space of my house, i suppose to pay for the transport, if not who pay? cannot be he pay, this is what his LJ mouth come out with LJ words!
i was thinking, this type of people worst than beggar!
>tats why now i post in buy/sell, i put kinda harsh comments, those who deal with me before, knows i steady one, if got certain fishes that at the same time i dun want, i can give free together with e purchase, but dun come and talk LJ words to me, i wont hesitate to F ppl..since i almost daily F my workers, no one is special, i only believe in mutual respect among ppl.
i respect u as a human being, so i expect the same return, dun try yr luck.

>Last time I give FOC a few KGs of coral chips cause a good friend gave me when I bought over his Media, FOC and the guy who response to me still can ask me to send to C328, can say till like since Im giving FOC might as well do a good deed and send to him.
Reason: Said that he dont drive and dont know my address as he stay west not familiar with Pasir Ris roads. Really gotta give it to him.
